Moist

Moist is a portable nano mist sprayer. The nanoparticles from the mist makes the skin moist & healthy. The top storage chamber contains the liquid and the ultrasonic defuser plate heats & vibrates which causes ultrasonic waves, creating microscopic particles of the liquid which disperse into the air as form of mist.

Story

I developed the product "Moist" over a 4-week period as a college assignment, and subsequently refined it. It is with great pleasure that I share its display at C-IDEA 2021 (Design Award Exhibition Australia). As a young designer with limited knowledge of the cosmetic industry, I sought to explore and redefine the mist sprayer. The user journey for this product was exhilarating, involving interviews to understand how the product market had shifted due to COVID-19. The outcome was not only appreciated by me, but also by my teacher and peers.
